Manufacture in compliance with GMP standards
In order to avoid the pollution of pharmaceutical products, pharmaceutical companies need to control the risk of the use of lubricants in accordance with the GMP. Kluber's lubrication products for the pharmaceutical industry are registered and certified.

In the GMP guidelines, the control of the risk of lubricant contamination is a major concern, aimed at preventing any unsuitable substances from entering pharmaceutical products. In tablet presses, blister packaging machines, capsule filling equipment, autoclaves, or centrifuges, contact between medicines and auxiliary substances is unavoidable. Therefore, risk control in pharmaceutical production includes all substances used in the manufacturing process-including lubricants in pharmaceutical equipment.

Klüber has developed numerous special lubricants for the pharmaceutical industry that meet strict GMP standards and are NSF certified as H1 food grade lubricants. Klüber has a production plant that meets ISO 21469 international hygiene standards for the production of H1 grade lubricants, and its food-grade lubrication products have passed NSF certification.
